We built the site we wished existed at 2am.
TrueMoneyTalk publishes realistic scam-recovery information and evidence tools built on public blockchain data. We do not guarantee recovery, we do not request private keys, and we do not sell fake tracing services. That is the entire premise.
A search result page full of predators
Search for any recovery term and you will find the same thing: guarantees, urgency, testimonials, and a form that asks for your wallet details. Most of those sites are built by the same people who ran the original scam, selling a second bite.
Genuine help is unglamorous. It looks like knowing exactly what evidence a bank wants, having the right complaint format for your scam type, filing with the right agency in the right order, and understanding which routes are realistically open to you.
That is not a service anyone can sell at scale as a "recovery engine", because it is mostly information and paperwork. So we published the information, and built the tools that do the paperwork properly.
Two kinds of websites
"We can recover your funds. Pay a retainer. Guaranteed results." Asks for your wallet. Never explains its limits.
"Here is what the public ledger shows. Here is the document your bank wants. Here is what cannot be done." Nothing is asked for that you would not put in a police report.
The tell: if a site cannot explain why it might fail, it is not describing reality.
Four principles, in writing
We publish the limits
Every page on this site states what blockchain data cannot do. If a recovery service does not publish its limits, that is the product — a story sold to people in distress.
We never ask for credentials
No seed phrase, private key, exchange password, OTP, remote access or unlock fee. This rule has no exceptions, ever, for any reason.
We make no recovery promises
We cannot reverse a blockchain transaction and we will not suggest otherwise. What we build is documentation that gives your case a chance.
We do not cold-call victims
If someone contacts you first claiming to be us or to work with us, they are impersonating us. Report it and do not engage.
Three people we built this for
People in the first 24 hours
Still in shock, searching at 2am, unsure whether they are even a victim. The first thing they need is a clear order of operations — not a paywall.
People mid-dispute
A bank or exchange has asked for documentation and told them what they have is not enough. They need a structured complaint yesterday.
People preparing a claim
Cases moving toward civil action or a regulator, where a police statement and a formal letter before claim become the deliverable.
Public-blockchain wallet tracer
Reads the open ledger through public APIs and returns balance, a transaction sample, the activity window and a transparent pattern score — with every factor shown.
Open tracerReport Builder
Generates a formal complaint, a complaint email, a police statement, an IC3/FTC narrative and a demand letter from a single form — in your browser.
Open builderFree recovery guides
Ten guides covering scam types, reporting channels and per-payment-method dispute routes — including the routes that realistically do not work.
Read guidesWhat TrueMoneyTalk is not
- Not a law firm, and not a substitute for a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.
- Not a recovery agency. We have never recovered a single dollar for anyone, and we do not claim to.
- Not a financial adviser. Nothing here is investment, tax or financial advice.
- Not a data broker. We do not sell, share or store the addresses you scan or the details you enter.
- Not affiliated with IC3, the FBI, the FTC or any law enforcement body. Anyone claiming otherwise is impersonating them.
Everything essential here is free.
Scan the wallet, read the guides, generate your documents. Pay only if you want the assembled, formatted pack — and never pay anyone a percentage of a recovery.
