Privacy policy
This site is unusually private by design, because the people who use it are in a vulnerable position. The short version: your wallet addresses and your case documents never leave your browser.
We cannot leak what we never collect. There is no user database, no analytics profile and no address history here. The only personal data we ever hold is what you choose to send us in an email.
Every category of data, and what happens to it
Wallet addresses you scan
Not collectedThe scan runs entirely in your browser against public blockchain APIs. No address is sent to, logged by, or stored on any server we control.
Documents you generate
Not collectedThe Report Builder and the contact form compose everything locally in JavaScript. Nothing is transmitted anywhere.
Your name, amount and case details
Not collectedUnless you deliberately email them to us, we never receive them. If you do email us, we hold that message only as long as needed to reply.
Account and password data
Not collectedThere are no accounts on this site. We have no login, no user database and no password storage.
Payment details
Handled by a processorIf you buy a paid document pack, card details go directly to our payment processor. We see only a transaction reference, not your card number.
Standard server logs
Hosting providerOur host records ordinary request logs (IP, timestamp, user agent) for security and abuse prevention, as every web host does. We do not analyse these for marketing.
Cookies and advertising trackers
NoneThis site sets no advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers and no third-party analytics pixels.
Local browser storage
Preference onlyA single value may be stored in your browser to remember an interface preference. It never leaves your device and clearing site data removes it.
How the tools actually work
Wallet Tracer
Your browser calls public blockchain APIs directly — an Ethereum explorer API and a public Solana RPC endpoint. The address you enter goes to those public services, exactly as it would if you used a block explorer yourself. It does not go to us. Those providers have their own privacy policies and access logs.
Report Builder
Every document — complaint, email, police statement, IC3 narrative and demand letter — is assembled by JavaScript running in your browser. There is no server endpoint, no submission, and nothing written to any storage we control. If you close the tab without downloading, the document is gone.
Contact form
The form does not post to a server. It formats a message and hands it to your own email application, so the message travels from your mailbox, not through our infrastructure. Any email you send us is retained only as long as needed to answer it, and is never added to a marketing list.
What we never ask for
Seed phrases, private keys, exchange credentials, 2FA codes, remote access to your device, or payment to release funds. No legitimate service needs any of these, and a request for any of them is a scam.
Why we are allowed to process anything at all
Where data protection law applies — GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA and similar regimes — our processing rests on a small number of bases only.
- Legitimate interest — recording server logs to keep the site secure and available.
- Consent — you choosing to email us, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Contract — processing an order you place for a paid document pack.
- Legal obligation — retaining transaction records where tax or accounting law requires it.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers or analytics companies, and we do not build behavioural profiles of visitors.
Six rights you can exercise
Email privacy@trumoneytalk.com with the right you want to use. We respond within 30 days and normally much sooner.
Access
Ask what personal data we hold about you. In practice, the answer is usually "only the email you sent us".
Correction
Ask us to correct anything inaccurate that we hold.
Erasure
Ask us to delete your correspondence. We will do so unless we are legally required to retain it.
Objection
Object to any processing. Because we do so little, this is usually straightforward.
Portability
Request a copy of your data in a common format.
Complaint
Complain to your local data protection authority. We will cooperate with any investigation.
Children
This site is not directed at anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes and the previous version remains available on request. We will not quietly widen what we collect.
Private by design, not by promise.
Because nothing you type is transmitted, there is nothing to leak. Run the tracer, build your documents, and keep your own copy.
