Contact & report a scam
Whether you need a pointer to the right guide, want to report someone impersonating us, or are sending a formal enquiry — this page routes you to the right place. No case investigation is required to ask a question.
Where to send what
Report a scam / case review
Tell us what happened and we will point you to the right guides, the right agency and the right document order. You do not need to be a customer.
cases@trumoneytalk.comReport a recovery-fee scam
If someone contacted you claiming to work with us, or promising recovery for a fee, send us everything — screenshots, numbers, wallet addresses. It helps everyone.
abuse@trumoneytalk.comPress, legal & partnerships
Media enquiries, attorney referrals, victim-support organisations and compliance correspondence.
legal@trumoneytalk.comEverything else
Corrections, accessibility issues, broken links, or feedback on a guide. All read, usually within two working days.
hello@trumoneytalk.comWrite your message
This form builds an email in your own mail app — nothing is sent to a server and nothing is stored. Your details stay on your device.
Required: your name, email and a message. Use the copy button if your device has no default mail app configured.
We will never ask you for: a seed phrase, private key, exchange password, 2FA code, remote access to your device, or any payment to release funds. If a message claiming to be from us asks for any of these, it is not from us — forward it to abuse@trumoneytalk.com.
This website cannot provide: legal representation, recovery of funds, or a guarantee of any outcome. Messages asking us to recover money cannot be actioned — but we will always tell you which free route is most likely to help.
Three things that make a message actionable
Pick the right address
Routing your message correctly roughly doubles how fast you get a useful answer. Cases go to cases@, anything about imposters goes to abuse@.
Send the facts, not the story
Dates, amounts, payment method, wallet address, what you have already filed. Attach the documents; keep the email short.
Never send credentials
We will never ask for a seed phrase, private key, exchange login, OTP or remote access. If a reply ever asks for one, it is not from us.
Most answers are already on the site.
Before you write, run the wallet through the tracer and generate your documents. The guides answer about eighty percent of the questions people send us.
