Recovery-fee scams target victims twice

You were scammed.
Now build the evidence
that actually gets read.

Scan any public ETH or SOL wallet, then generate the complaint, email and legal documents your bank, the exchange and IC3 will ask you for. No promises, no private keys, no fees to get your own money back.

The four weeks nobody talks about

What this actually feels like — and where the path turns

Every victim moves through the same four stages. The difference between a dead end and a real case is what you build in the second one.

"Did I just lose everything?"
Day 1 — the panic

"Did I just lose everything?"

You realise the withdrawal never arrives. The chat goes quiet. This is the moment most people do the wrong thing — they send more money, or they pay a "recovery agent" who found them first.

"How was this even possible?"
Day 1 — the shock

"How was this even possible?"

Denial, anger, embarrassment. You re-read every message looking for the clue you missed. Nothing about this is your fault — these operations are built by teams who do it full time.

"Okay. I know what to do next."
Day 2 — the plan

"Okay. I know what to do next."

Stop contact. Preserve every transaction hash and chat log. Scan the wallet. Build the evidence file. Send it to your bank, IC3 and the exchange — in that order.

"I did everything I could, properly."
Day 30 — the calm

"I did everything I could, properly."

No result is guaranteed. But a documented, professionally formatted complaint is what gives your case any chance — and it is what every bank, agent and attorney will ask you for.

From panic to paperwork

Four steps, in the order that actually matters

01

Preserve everything

Screenshots, chat logs, receipts, transaction hashes. Once a scam site goes offline, this is all that is left.

02

Scan the wallet

Run the public address through the tracer. Balance, transaction sample, activity window and risk signal.

03

Generate the pack

Complaint template, complaint email and legal drafts — auto-filled with your details and the scan facts.

04

Send it everywhere

Bank, receiving exchange, IC3, FTC. Same day. Speed is the only lever you control.

Live on-chain trace

Watch a wallet give up its story

The tracer walks the public ledger in stages — validating the address, reading the balance, sampling transactions, measuring activity gaps and scoring the pattern.

Balance & holdings

Current native balance and whether the wallet is drained or active.

Activity window

First and last seen transaction — the timeline that anchors a complaint.

Risk signal

An algorithmic pattern score with its factors shown openly — never a verdict on a person.

The part that gets your case read

Three documents that turn a story into a file

Banks, exchanges and law enforcement do not act on paragraphs of distress. They act on structured documents. Build all three in about four minutes.

Prebuilt complaint templates

Prebuilt complaint templates

Pick your scam type — the complaint writes itself with your details, timeline and transaction facts already in the right places.

Auto-generated complaint email

Auto-generated complaint email

A firm, factual email sized for your bank, the exchange or a payment provider. Copy it or download it in one click.

Legal document drafts

Legal document drafts

Police report, FTC/IC3 complaint attachments and a demand letter — auto-filled and print-ready on letterhead-style layout.

Where the trail usually ends

The platforms and chains a trace most often reaches

A complaint gets read when it names a party that can actually act. These are the venues whose compliance teams can sometimes freeze funds while they are still on-chain — and the assets most stolen in the cases we write about.

Exchange arrival

When funds reach a custodial exchange, a compliance freeze request is sometimes possible — but only while the balance sits there. Speed decides it.

Self-custody hop

A wallet-to-wallet hop removes the ability to freeze. That is exactly why the hop pattern is one of the four factors the risk signal measures.

Documented route

Naming the venue, the address and the timestamps is what turns a story into a file an investigator or a bank dispute team can act on.

Trust is built by what we refuse to do

Four limits we put in writing

Most recovery sites fail this list on the first line. Here is exactly what TrueMoneyTalk will and will not ever do.

We never ask for keys

No seed phrase, no private key, no remote access, no OTP. Anyone who asks is scamming you a second time.

We publish the limits

Blockchain data cannot identify a person. We say so on every page instead of hiding it behind a sales pitch.

Public data only

Scans read open, public blockchain endpoints. Nothing private is accessed and nothing is stored.

No recovery promises

Recovery depends on the bank, the exchange, the jurisdiction and the speed. We sell preparation, not miracles.

Second-scam red flags: anyone who guarantees a refund, asks to be paid upfront in crypto, claims to have an "FBI contact", or requests a seed phrase or remote access is targeting you again. Stop, screenshot, and report them too.

Victims who stopped panicking and started documenting

"The bank asked me for a formal complaint with transaction details. I had screenshots and nothing else. The template gave me a document the fraud team could actually process the same day."

Straight answers

Questions every victim asks first

No — and any site that says it can is lying to you. Tracing a public wallet produces evidence: balances, transaction samples, timing and a risk signal. That evidence is what your bank, the receiving exchange, IC3 or an attorney will ask for. Whether funds are frozen or returned depends entirely on them, not on this website.
Yes. Every scan on this site reads only public blockchain data through open, publicly documented APIs — the same information is available to anyone with a browser. We do not access private systems, guess passwords, or attempt to identify a person. Attaching that public data to your own police report is exactly what it is for.
Ethereum (any 0x… address) and Solana (base58 addresses). Both chains are read through public endpoints. Note that the Ethereum scan needs a free Etherscan API key configured by the site owner — if that key is missing, the Ethereum scan will return a limited result while the Solana scan continues to work.
No. This is a static site with no database. The scan runs entirely inside your browser and the address is never sent to us. The documents you generate in the Report Builder are built in your browser too — close the tab and they are gone unless you downloaded them.
Stop all contact with the other party. Do not send another payment, "unlock fee" or tax. Screenshot every chat, email and payment receipt. Write down every transaction hash. Then scan the wallet address here, generate your evidence pack, and contact your bank or the receiving exchange the same day — speed matters more than anything else.
Almost never. Legitimate firms do not cold-call victims, do not promise a percentage-back guarantee, and do not ask to be paid in crypto. Recovery-fee fraud is the single most common second scam. Ask for a written engagement letter, a physical business address and a bar or licence number before paying anybody.
